OPEN HOUSE at an ECO-APARTMENT advised by Biohabita!

Next Wednesday, January 20th, there will be an open house at a home that has been fully renovated following bioconstruction criteria, both in terms of materials and building services. Biohabita! has advised the contractor EcoLab CanNova on biohabitability aspects.

EcoLab CanNova is a construction company that works in the field of bioconstruction and ecological renovations.

Special focus was placed on achieving the biocompatibility of the electrical and communications installations. First, a measurement campaign was carried out following the SBM 2015 protocol to identify potential risks coming from neighboring installations. As a corrective strategy, work was carried out within the home itself, but a communication channel was also established with neighbors to inform them about technology-hygiene measures they could consider to improve both their own homes and the one being renovated.
