Humidity measurement in an apartment in el Clot (Barcelona) in order to find out the cause of mould on the walls

Measurements have been registered for a full week on temperature, humidity and CO2. Besides on a daily basis, inside façade surface temperature has been taken.
WHAT HAVE WE FOUND?
Regarding the indoor air humidity the readings were extreme: 58 – 85 % RH due to lack of ventilation.
Regarding the surface humidity on the façade walls, indoor side, the readings were high: > 70% due to lack of ventilation.
Regarding the humidity contained inside the finish indoor material the readings were low: 0,5%.
Regarding the indoor air temperature the readings were fine: 23 – 26 ºC Regarding the CO2 the readings in the bedroom were extreme: 2.600 ppm due to lack of ventilation.
WHAT SHOULD BE FOUND
Indoor air humidity: readings should be between 30 and 70% RH and ideally between 40 and 60% RH.
Surface humidity on the façade walls, indoor side: readings should be below 70%.
Humidity contained inside the finish indoor material: for plaster readings should be below 4% and ideally below 2%.
Indoor air temperature: 23 – 26 ºC is a fine temperature for summertime.
CO2 concentration: readings should be below 1.000 ppm and ideally below 600 ppm.
