WE ARE RESTORING A GROUP OF 1847 LISTED COURTYARDS

Biohabita! We are restoring a group of courtyards listed since 1847. The level of protection is B – Cultural Asset of Local Interest.

The most sensitive element is the building’s main, central courtyard: square in plan, with Neoclassical-style decoration and, at the level of the piano nobile, a perimeter gallery supported by Tuscan columns. On the very simple façade, mention should be made of the cast-iron railings with early Neo-Gothic motifs.

The works remove disused elements and toxic materials, and restore the façades using lime mortars and lime paints.

The courtyards are located in an Avinyó street building, Barcelona.
