Tot i que dep\u00e8n molt del tipus de persona, s\u2019accepta com a general que respirem 6 litres d\u2019aire al minut en rep\u00f2s i 16 litres d\u2019aire al minut fent una activiat normal (no exercici).<br \/>\nAquest fet fa que l\u2019aire sigui una de les principals vies per on entren subst\u00e0ncies al nostre cos. Aquestes subst\u00e0ncies peden ser tan beneficioses com nocives.<br \/>\nPassem el <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/11477521\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">90% del nostre temps en espais interiors<\/a>, i el nostre espai de treball \u00e9s un lloc a on podem arribar a passar un m\u00ednim de 8 hores al dia&#8230; sovint m\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLa qualitat de l\u2019aire interior \u00e9s de pitjor qualitat que l\u2019aire exterior, a causa d\u2019una ventilaci\u00f3 deficient, dels materials, humitat i h\u00e0bits que hi tenim. Fins hi tot en contextos contaminats, com \u00e9s el cas de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com pot afectar la nostra salut?<\/strong><br \/>\nLa inhalaci\u00f3 de contaminants de l\u2019aire interior pot afectar negativament al benestar i la salut, tant a curt com a llarg termini. Produeix afectacions lleugeres: mal de cap, gola resseca, irritaci\u00f3 d\u2019ulls; per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 de greus, per exemple atacs d\u2019asma o infeccions per legionella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quin \u00e9s l\u2019objectiu que hem de perseguir:<\/strong><br \/>\nTenir un aire interior de qualitat per fomentar el benestar, confort i salut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com us podem ajudar a Biohabita!:<\/strong><br \/>\nPodem ajudar-vos a identificar i implementar estrat\u00e8gies per eliminar les fonts de contaminaci\u00f3 interior, optimitzar les instal\u00b7lacions de ventilaci\u00f3 (filtres, rangs de ventilaci\u00f3, etc.) i establir i consensuar h\u00e0bits per a les persones usu\u00e0ries que comportin millores en la qualitat de l\u2019aire interor.<br \/>\nPer comen\u00e7ar, sempre s\u2019ha de mesurar les condicions de l\u2019aire que tenim al nostre espai de treball per identificar tant les bondats com les concidions perjudicials associades a l\u2019aire interior.
