{"id":4251,"date":"2025-11-11T12:01:35","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T17:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/?post_type=bloc&#038;p=4251"},"modified":"2026-01-28T11:54:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T16:54:19","slug":"ja-tenim-reglament-de-regim-intern","status":"publish","type":"bloc","link":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/en\/bloc\/ja-tenim-reglament-de-regim-intern\/","title":{"rendered":"JA TENIM REGLAMENT DE R\u00c8GIM INTERN!!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acabem de fer la redacci\u00f3 definitiva del Reglament de R\u00e8gim Intern de Biohabita! que hem elaborat amb el guiatge i recolzament de <a href=\"https:\/\/factocooperativa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facto<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llarg d\u2019aquest 2025 hem realitzat 4 sessions de treball amb Joan Mart\u00ednez, responsable d\u2019estrat\u00e8gia i creixement a Facto. Ha estat un plaer treballar en l\u2019ambient que ha creat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de preguntes i de projeccions d\u2019escenaris hipot\u00e8tics per\u00f2 versemblants dins del funcionament de la cooperativa, ens ha ajudat a detectar potencials conflictes i tamb\u00e9 a identificar i posar nom a les accions i din\u00e0miques que ja estan operatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un reglament de r\u00e8gim intern? Per ha Biohabita! \u00e9s un document que recull la nostra manera de fer i de relacionar-nos&#8230; per a que ning\u00fa se li oblidi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pera Biohabita! ha estat molt enriquidor i \u00fatil detectar les nostres din\u00e0miques, tant per millorar-les com per detectar \u00e0mbits que no estaven adequadament atesos en el funcionament quotidi\u00e0 de les persones que en formem part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El treball s\u2019ha realitzat a partir de 3 sessions-fites:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fita 1: Fonaments i Organitzaci\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fita 3: Desenvolupament i Relacions (professional i personal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fita 2: Condicions Laborals i Retributives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Animem als que no en tingueu que us llanceu a treballar-ho.
