{"id":54,"date":"2023-04-14T18:45:33","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T23:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/biohabita.local\/?post_type=bloc&#038;p=54"},"modified":"2026-01-28T11:58:43","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T16:58:43","slug":"ascensor-a-un-centre-residencial-de-sant-joan-de-deu-serveis-socials","status":"publish","type":"bloc","link":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/en\/bloc\/ascensor-a-un-centre-residencial-de-sant-joan-de-deu-serveis-socials\/","title":{"rendered":"ASCENSOR A UN CENTRE RESIDENCIAL DE SANT JOAN DE D\u00c9U SERVEIS SOCIALS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8<\/strong>&nbsp;Millora d\u2019accessibilitat centre residencial de Sant Joan de D\u00e9u<br><strong>On<\/strong>&nbsp;Hort de la Vila (Barcelona)<br><strong>Quan<\/strong>&nbsp;Juliol-Desembre 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biohabita! estem redactant el projecte d\u2019instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019un ascensor per millorar l\u2019accessibilitat del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sjdserveissocials-bcn.org\/ca\/centres-residencials-dinclusio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centre Residencial d\u2019Inclusi\u00f3<\/a>&nbsp;de Sant Joan de D\u00e9u Serveis Socials, a Hort de la Vila 46.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019actuaci\u00f3 s\u2019emmarca en les actuacions que complementen el projecte&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sjdserveissocials-bcn.org\/ca\/hort-vila\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hort de la Vila 2.0<\/a>, reforma arquitect\u00f2nica integral de l\u2019actual CRI Hort de la Vila com a resposta a un nou model assistencial, que combina el millor d\u2019un centre residencial amb els beneficis d\u2019un habitatge i del suport professional.
