Hemos restaurado la torre de Can Xammar de Dalt, edificio modernista (1908) del arquitecto Manuel Joaquim Raspall, en l\u2019Ametlla del Vall\u00e8s. La torre se encontraba en un estado deteriorado debido a infiltraciones. La cubierta de teja \u00e1rabe se ha desmontado y se ha reforzado su estructura con madera y con alguna pieza met\u00e1lica de refuerzo. Al llarg d\u2019aquest 2025 hem realitzat 4 sessions de treball amb Joan Mart\u00ednez, responsable d\u2019estrat\u00e8gia i creixement a Facto. Ha estat un plaer treballar en l\u2019ambient que ha creat.
