Biohabita!<\/strong>\u00a0we have carried out the preliminary pilot project of a\u00a0Barnahus<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0Sant Joan de D\u00e9u<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Barnahus<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>is the Nordic model of comprehensive care for children and adolescents who have witnessed or suffered abuse. It was born 25 years ago in Iceland. Barnahus is \u2018children\u2019s house\u2019 in Icelandic.<\/p>\n

Catalonia participates in the\u00a0European Barnahus network<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

This model gives a special importance to the space where care is provided.
It is a complex space that integrates all the professionals (doctors, psychologists, social workers, justice, etc.) who participate in the care of children and their families.<\/p>\n

The objective has been the creation of a warm, bright and calm indoor environment.<\/p>\n

In our case, this request has been processed through the treatment of the following parameters of well-being, comfort and health:<\/p>\n
