{"id":3561,"date":"2024-01-12T20:17:34","date_gmt":"2024-01-13T01:17:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/rehabilitacio-energetica-amb-fons-next-generation\/"},"modified":"2025-09-02T08:48:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T13:48:40","slug":"rehabilitacio-energetica-amb-fons-next-generation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/en\/rehabilitacio-energetica-amb-fons-next-generation\/","title":{"rendered":"REHABILITACI\u00d3 ENERG\u00c8TICA AMB FONS NEXT GENERATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hem fet la rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica a un habitatge unifamiliar entre mitgeres a Sant Iscle de Vallalta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 hem fet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hem <strong>Millorat les condicions de confort de l\u2019habitatge<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAprofitant les parets de tapia existents, amb una excel\u00b7lent in\u00e8rcia t\u00e8rmica,<br \/>\nhem rehabilitat la teulada i algunes finestres alhora que reubicat la caldera de pellets per millorar el seu rendiment.<\/p>\n<p>Hem <strong>Sol\u00b7licitat els fons Next Generation<\/strong>.<br \/>\nL\u2019actuaci\u00f3 ha implicat un estalvi del 54,05 % en el consum d\u2019energia prim\u00e0ria no renovable i un 67,18 % en la demanda de calefacci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3 de l\u2019habitatge.<br \/>\nAquestes millores tant importants ens ha perm\u00e8s obtenir l\u2019ajut m\u00e0xima per habitatges: 11.600 \u20ac per a estalvis entre el 45-65 % del consum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com hem fet la rehabilitaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Teulada<\/strong> existent, sobre solera, estava composta per unes llates de fusta on recolzaven directament les teules, amb una <strong>transmit\u00e0ncia t\u00e8rmica de 5,31 W\/m2\u00baK<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLa secci\u00f3 constructiva de l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 \u00e9s, de dins a fora:<br \/>\n1. Barrera de vapor<br \/>\n2. A\u00efllant t\u00e8rmic: 16 cm de plaques de fibra de fusta d\u2019alta densitat hidr\u00f2fugues<br \/>\n3. L\u00e0mina impermeable y transpirable (Tyvek)<br \/>\n4. Enllatat (teulada a llata per canal)<br \/>\n5. Teules recuperades de la teulada original amb introducci\u00f3 de teules de ventilaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>En la mateixa operaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha generat una cambra d\u2019aire ventilada.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta soluci\u00f3 ha permet que <strong>baixem la transmit\u00e0ncia a 0,21 W\/m2 \u00baK<\/strong> (molt inferior als 0,40 W\/m2 \u00baK m\u00e0xim del CTE-DB HE1)<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>finestres i balconeres<\/strong> existents de fusta tenien molt poca estanquitat a l\u2019aire i envidrament simple. S\u2019han substitu\u00eft per finestres i balconeres tamb\u00e9 de fusta per\u00f2 millorant les prestacions d\u2019estanquitat i clim\u00e0tiques (vidre amb cambra i baix emissiu). La transmit\u00e0ncia t\u00e8rmica ha passat <strong>de 5\u00a0W\/m2\u00baK a 1,52 W\/m2\u00baK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>estufa de pellets<\/strong> estava s\u2019utilitzava com a caldera per\u00f2 a l\u2019estar ubicada a una edificaci\u00f3 auxiliar perdia la seva funci\u00f3 d\u2019estufa.
