{"id":4213,"date":"2019-05-19T20:17:29","date_gmt":"2019-05-20T01:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/auditoria-en-biohabitabilitat-confort-benestar-i-salut-per-a-som-energia\/"},"modified":"2025-11-11T06:39:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T11:39:10","slug":"auditoria-en-biohabitabilitat-confort-benestar-i-salut-per-a-som-energia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/en\/auditoria-en-biohabitabilitat-confort-benestar-i-salut-per-a-som-energia\/","title":{"rendered":"Building biology consultancy for Som Energia: comfort, well-being and health at Girona headquarters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Bio<\/strong>habita<strong>!<\/strong> It has carried out a building biology audit to analyze some parameters that affect the comfort, well-being and health of the workers of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.somenergia.coop\/ca\/qui-som\/#quesom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Som Energia cooperative<\/a>, at its headquarters in Girona.<\/p>\n<p>As previous works:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First, a <strong>questionnaire<\/strong> was carried out for all the workers in order to collect their opinions and feelings regarding the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>maintenance team<\/strong> has been contacted to find out the type of ventilation and air conditioning installations, as well as the operating protocols.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>company in charge of cleaning<\/strong> the space has been contacted to find out the type of products used, as well as the protocols that is followed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Subsequently, a campaign of measurements, tests and analyzes has been carried out that has included:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Measurements and tests of <strong>fields, waves and radiation<\/strong>, to know the state of the electro-climate and the lighting of the space.<\/li>\n<li>Measurements of <strong>indoor environment<\/strong>, <strong>particles and fibers<\/strong>, and <strong>formaldehyde test<\/strong>, to identify the quality of the environment and indoor air.
