Besides on a daily basis, inside fa\u00e7ade surface temperature has been taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHAT HAVE WE FOUND?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the&nbsp;<strong>indoor air humidity&nbsp;<\/strong>the readings were extreme: 58 \u2013 85 % RH due to lack of ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the&nbsp;<strong>surface humidity on the fa\u00e7ade walls,&nbsp;<\/strong>indoor side<strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong>the readings were high: &gt; 70% due to lack of ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the&nbsp;<strong>humidity contained inside the finish indoor material&nbsp;<\/strong>the readings were low: 0,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the&nbsp;<strong>indoor air temperature&nbsp;<\/strong>the readings were fine: 23 \u2013 26 \u00baC Regarding the<strong>&nbsp;CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;<\/strong>the readings in the bedroom were extreme: 2.600 ppm due to lack of ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHAT SHOULD BE FOUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indoor air humidity<\/strong>: readings should be between 30 and 70% RH and ideally between 40 and 60% RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Surface humidity on the fa\u00e7ade walls, indoor side<\/strong>: readings should be below 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Humidity contained inside the finish indoor material<\/strong>: for plaster readings should be below 4% and ideally below 2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indoor air temperature<\/strong>: 23 \u2013 26 \u00baC is a fine temperature for summertime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;concentration<\/strong>: readings should be below 1.000 ppm and ideally below 600 ppm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RECOMMENDED ACTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Increase ventilation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/MJM-PISTOLA-TE\u0300RMICA_web-618x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2066\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Wall surface temperature measurement<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>METHOD Measurements have been registered for a full week on temperature, humidity and CO2.
