Biohabita! We are restoring a group of courtyards listed since 1847. The level of protection is B \u2013 Cultural Asset of Local Interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most sensitive element is the building\u2019s main, central courtyard: square in plan, with Neoclassical-style decoration and, at the level of the piano nobile, a perimeter gallery supported by Tuscan columns. On the very simple fa\u00e7ade, mention should be made of the cast-iron railings with early Neo-Gothic motifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The works remove disused elements and toxic materials, and restore the fa\u00e7ades using lime mortars and lime paints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The courtyards are located in an Aviny\u00f3 street building, Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
