{"id":2071,"date":"2022-12-02T20:17:34","date_gmt":"2022-12-03T01:17:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biohabita.ooptimo.dev\/mesurament-de-covs-a-lslowbuilding-barcelona\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T07:41:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T12:41:31","slug":"mesurament-de-covs-a-lslowbuilding-barcelona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/es\/mesurament-de-covs-a-lslowbuilding-barcelona\/","title":{"rendered":"MEDICI\u00d3N DE COVs EN EL SLOWBUILDING BARCELONA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"left\">Biohabita! hemos medido la concentraci\u00f3n de 129\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miteco.gob.es\/es\/calidad-y-evaluacion-ambiental\/temas\/atmosfera-y-calidad-del-aire\/emisiones\/act-emis\/compuestos_organicos_volatiles.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compuestos org\u00e1nicos vol\u00e1tiles (COVs)<\/a>\u00a0en el aire interior del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.slowbuildingbarcelona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SLOW BUILDING BARCELONA<\/a>, edificio de oficinas construido por\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.haushealthybuildings.com\/proyectos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HAUS HEALTHY BUILDINGS<\/a>, constructora especializada en edificios saludables, promovido por\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marcove.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MARCOVE<\/a>\u00a0y dise\u00f1ado por es estudio de arquitectos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bailorull.net\/projects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BAILO-RULL<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"left\">El objetivo de la medici\u00f3n era verificar el cumplimiento de los par\u00e1metros de calidad de aire exigidos por la certificaci\u00f3n alemana para\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gbce.es\/certificacion-dgnb-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">construcciones sostenibles DGNB<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"left\">Las mediciones (en 8 puntos distintos del edificio) fueron realizadas por el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bihho.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">especialista en mediciones de bioconstrucci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0de Biohabita! y las muestras fueron analizadas por los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/labhimalaya.com\/sobre-nosotros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratorios Himalaya<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"left\">Los valores de concentraci\u00f3n para todos los 129 componentes analizados se mantuvieron dentro del rango exigido por DGNB.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3688\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3688\" style=\"width: 576px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3688 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/MHS-WEB-PRESA-MOSTRA-AIRE-PUNT-01.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3688\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Toma de muestra de aire.
