Se ha adherido al <a href=\"https:\/\/xes.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/protocol-prevencio-assetjament-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PROTOCOLO PARA LA PREVENCI\u00d3N, DETECCI\u00d3N Y <\/a><\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">ACCI\u00d3N CONTRA <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">EL ACOSO SEXUAL POR RAZ\u00d3N DE G\u00c9NERO, DE IDENTIDAD Y EXPRESI\u00d3N DE G\u00c9NERO, O DE PREFERENCIA SEXUAL 2021-2025, y el 14 de julio 2021 hemos asistido a una sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n en la XES para poder aplicarlo a nuestra entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\" align=\"justify\">El protocolo tiene el objetivo establecer medidas preventivas para evitar cualquier situaci\u00f3n de acoso y proporcionar elementos que faciliten la identificaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas precursoras o constitutivas de acoso, y as\u00ed poderlas abordar de forma inmediata y efectiva. Este protocolo incorpora un procedimiento estandarizado para dar curso a denuncias de acoso para garantizar una resoluci\u00f3n que sit\u00fae en el centro la reparaci\u00f3n de la persona o personas que han sufrido acoso y la responsabilidad colectiva en la erradicaci\u00f3n de estas conductas<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\" align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/xes.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/protocol-prevencio-assetjament-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3036 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/biohabita.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FOTO-PROTOCOL-XES.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Biohabitat!
